Insight Behavior Partnership provides high-quality in-home and, when appropriate, center-based ABA (applied behavior analysis) services to children and adolescents. All programs are developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) are responsible for providing one-on-one, individually-tailored instruction in skill areas including language and communication, socialization, age-appropriate play, and functional living skills; as well as utilizing individualized behavioral plans to address and reduce behaviors of concern. Frequent supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is provided to support in-home and clinic-based RBT's and monitor the child’s progress. Decisions made by the BCBA are data-driven, and evidence-based methods are used to teach skills and address behavioral issues. In addition, frequent parent/caregiver training is required (normally once per week) and provided by the BCBA to address concerns both inside and outside of sessions.
